Fun Run on 9/9

I finally managed to breakthrough completing the 5Km run held by Shape! It was a breeze with much practice for the past 2 months of course. Gradual training every week without fail. Looking forward for the Great Eastern on 21 October.

Super Brunch On 25th Aug

Time to update what has been going on the past month. We had loads of yummy food laid before us. It was a birthday celebration for Zann and Hilda cum our usual gathering. Lily prepared curry,noodles,Ngoh Hiang,ordered Popiah and Icecream cake from Hagen daz..what a feast!

Finally After Completetion of the Interior!

I am so proud to have finally completed the process of decorating and being involved in all the renovation work (from buying lights,getting the 3 unit Air conditioner, choosing built in oven, cooker hob and stove,accessories,all the sinks that needed to be changed and added,materials used for wardrobes and kitchen,paint of walls and working with my designer,David from Crescendo Interior on the design artwork.

Happy Youth Day!

It is a school holiday today for all the students because it's Youth day. My grandma and aunt stayed over to spend time with the children. To appreciate their kindness, we took them to eat Dim Sum @ Crystal Jade.

Time Passes On Like The Wind

A moment to look foward to in May, when my friend Dawn and her little precious Nyxie was back to SG for holiday. Now they have gone back to France again..missin them sooo muchie! An update, Nyx has grown taller and has 4 milk teeth now. She is so Ke-Ai and not forgetting Super Active plus strong. She can kick and jump on you like a mini Ironlady... hee hee. Happy Mother's Day!

This special day has grew a special attachment in my heart...every year when it comes to Mother's day I feel so grateful to the Lord for giving me my children at a young age of 20. I am ever so proud to hold a title of a Mother. Rachel and Raelyn have constantly brought joy into my life. They have given me the strength to move on and on in the many storms all these 10 years of being a Mom to them.

A Parable I like to share with other moms, enjoy!

I look at the mountain. "It is too hard,Lord" I said,
"I cannot climb."
"Take My hand," He whispered,
"I will be your strength."

I saw the road.
"It is too long Lord, "I said,
"So rough and long."
"Take My love," He answered,
"I will guard your feet."

I look at the sky.
"The sun is gone,"I said,
"already the way grows dark."
"Take the lantern of My Word,"
He whispered,
"that will be light enough."
We climbed.
The road was narrow and steep,
but the way was bright.
And when the torns reached out, they
found His hand before they touched mine.

And when the path grew rough,
I knew it was His love that kept
my feet from stumbling.
Then I grew very tired.
"I can go no further, Lord," I said.
He answered, "Night is gone.
Look up, My child."
I looked and it was dawn.
Green valleys stretched below
"I can go on alone now," I said.

And then I saw the marks.
"Lord, Thou art wounded.
Thy hands are bleeding.
Thy feer are brusied. Was it for me?"
He whispered,"I did it gladly."
Then I fell at His feet.
"Lord lead me on," I creid.
"No road too long, no valley too deep,
if thou art with me.
We walk together now and shall forever!"

Fresh New Look For A Change

It was a difficult decision to make but I finally decided to just go for it. I had been having long hair for more than 4 years. The reason for not having a short style cos is hard to maintain, the trimming is more frequent,my natural waves is a killer alright!!Everyone thinks I permed my hair if I didnt do anything to it-the modern way of straigthening the stubborn curls.

One fine afternoon, after contemplating for 4 months...I made up my mind:"just go for a change" once more...keeping a short cut. So then I told my regular hair stylist whom I have been going to for a year, I want a bob..not too dull, more like a concave bob, the latest trend. He cut it all ...6 inches off my mane..haha! Giving me a new style with more trendy layers and a nice shape to match my rounded face and high cheekbones...hee hee. I totally love it!!

The picture of Nyx---she also just had a new hair cut. Well done Dawn and Guojun for giving her a new fresh look. She looks absolutely pretty...just like her mama Dawn! =)

Finally, the collection of house keys done on 19th March 2007. I am Looking foward to get the coolest ID work done...It will be my own concept but of course will be engaging the designer to draw out the perpective plan.
